Hung Quoc Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatches are granulated Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) in a polymer base. They offer a convenient way of incorporating CaCO3 in thermoplastics, without contamination by dust.

Hung Quoc filler masterbatches can be added to most of polyolefins improving some of the polymer properties and offering economic advantages. Manufactured with special formulations of Hung Quoc, they have perfect dispersion and optimized flow properties, ensuring easy processing in most industrial processes.

Films made of our products can be incinerated. The film has lower heat of combustion when incinerated compared to film made of common resins. Also, dioxin, sulfur gas and chlorine gas become neutralized when incinerated, which significantly decreases the corrosion of incinerator and prevents air pollution.
